STAFF FLU CLINIC 

In conjunction with Cheltenham School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide Flu Shots.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Wednesday, October 19th from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Where: Cedarbrook Middle School, Auditorium - 300 Longfellow Rd, Wyncote, PA 19095

Vaccine Offered:​​

• Flu Shots - Ages 3+ (High Dose for ages 65+)​

Pre-registration and insurance information is highly recommended.

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS).
