PFIZER VARIANT BOOSTER CLINIC

In conjunction with Colonial School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide the Pfizer COVID-19 Variant Booster for ages 5+.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Friday, November 11th from 4:00 – 5:00 PM

Where: Plymouth Whitemarsh High School, LGI - 201 E Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462

 *LGI (Large Group Instruction) room. If you are looking at the high school from Germantown Pike, it's the area that is furthest to the right of the building and is adjacent to Colonial Drive*

 

Vaccine Offered:​​

• Pfizer COVID-19 Variant Booster - Ages 5-11 and  12+​

  • Anyone who completed their primary series (Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J) can get a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Bivalent Booster. 

  • Must be 5+ years of age

  • Must be a minimum of 2 months from the completion of a primary series or last booster dose.

Pre-registration is highly recommended.

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS).
