Our Booking Process Explained

You can book an appointment on this website OR you can walk-in to the pharmacy during normal business hours to get a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. We are open Monday - Friday 9 AM - 7 PM and Saturdays 9 AM - 1 PM. Booking an appointment during clinic hours will make the process faster and easier, however we want to accommodate anyone who is unable to book online or needs an appointment outside of clinic hours.

With our new booking system, you must book a first dose and second dose (Pfizer) to get a confirmation. If both appointments are not available, you will not be able to move forward.  You can book just a second dose and we will require proof of first dose (vaccine card).

Here's a couple tips and tricks:

- All vaccines booked on our site are for the Pfizer vaccine.

- Access Code - this is only to verify you are a real live person. It does not guarantee an appointment, it's just a way to enter the system.  Please do not email us your Access Code!!

-Insurance Screen - We ask for a SSN because having this allows us to run an eligibility check. All systems are encrypted and goes right into our pharmacy system. Uploading your card is a big help but we may still ask for copy of the card at appointment date too.

- *****Any person requesting a COVID-19 vaccine and less then 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or guardian! This applies to Pfizer vaccine only as it's the only one approved for 12+.

- Any further questions, please email us and we will get back to you as quick as we can. Email us at covidvaccine@ericsrx.com. Thank you!

Over the past few weeks, we have received numerous inquires about boosters or additional doses. We wanted to post this information to keep everyone up to date.

We legally cannot give any booster or third dose because it’s not authorized by the CDC/State. If you received the J&J shot, the CDC/State considers you fully vaccinated and therefore not eligible for any additional doses of any vaccine. We must follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC and it very clearly states what we can and cannot do.  We fully understand some studies have shown the need for a booster and know the NIH/CDC/FDA are reviewing them, but until they tell us we are allowed to, we unfortunately will not be able to provide any vaccines that are not authorized. We are one Provider and cannot speak for the policies/procedures of other Providers.

Now with all that being said, we do expect boosters to be approved in the near future and will be able to provide them as soon as we are legally allowed to. We have already been in the touch with the PA Department of Health regarding boosters. Once we know more, we will be sure to push all this information out to our customers.

In the meantime, stay safe and wear your mask. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach us at 215-509-5597 or covidvaccine@ericsrx.com.
