FLU VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with Cheltenham School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide the Flu Vaccine.  Details of the event are below:

The vaccine schedule is as follows:​​

• Wednesday, October 19th 11 AM - 2 PM ​

Where: Cedarbrook Middle School Auditorium - 300 Longfellow Rd, Wyncote, PA 19095

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• Regular Flu Shot

• 65+ Flu Shot

Pre-registration is strongly recommended, but walk-ins are welcome.

Please upload  you insurance card prior to your appointment. If you do not have insurance, there will be a charge.  When providing this information, it asks for your physician telephone #. Please do not include the dashes (-) between the numbers.

You will receive an access code at the email address you provide on the first screen. On the second screen, enter the verification code found in your email to be able to select an appointment time. 

​

Registration will close on Friday, October 14th at 12PM
