Please use this booking calendar below to schedule your Flu Shot. Please upload  you insurance card prior to your appointment. If you do not have insurance, the cost for Flu Shot is $35.00 or $85.00 for a High Dose Flu Shot (Ages 65+).  Currently, Flu Shots are only offered to those 18 years and up. We also have Shingrix, Tdap, Pneumonia, and COVID-19 vaccines available!  We ask for you to wait 15 minutes after your shot to be monitored for any potential reactions.
