In conjunction with Lower Moreland School District ,  Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Booster for 12+. Details of the clinic are below:

The vaccine schedule is as follows:​​​

WHEN: Wednesday, January 12th FROM 4:00 - 6:00 PM

WHERE: MURRAY AVENUE MIDDLE SCHOOL 

2551 Murray Ave, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006, USA

This is only for people who have received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at least 5 months prior to the date of this clinic. If you are under 18, you must have a parent/guardian present. You must be at least 12 year old to receive this Booster shot, per FDA/CDC guidelines.

You will be directed to our booking system site by clicking the above and below links.

In the Primary Care Physician screen, please input the Pediatrician's name and for the phone number, only use numbers (no dashes or spaces). Please make sure you receive an email confirmation with your appointment time, otherwise you do not have a confirmed appointment. 

​

You will receive an access code at the email address you provide on the first screen. On the second screen, enter the verification code found in your email to be able to select an appointment time for both doses. 

​
