STAFF VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with Lower Moreland School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Wednesday, September 25th from 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Where: Lower Moreland High School-Gym, 545 Red Lion Rd, Huntington Valley, PA, 19006 - GYM

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Vaccine - Ages 5-64

• High Dose Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+

• SpikeVax by Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine - Ages 12+ ​
   

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS). ​​

Please be sure to pre-register and complete the insurance section of the registration.
