STUDENT VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with Lower Moreland School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Saturday, October 28th from 9:00AM - 11:00AM

Where: Lower Moreland High School, 555 Red Lion Rd, Huntington Valley, PA, 19006 - GYM

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Shots - Ages 5+

• Covid-19 Vaccine - Ages 5-11 (pending insurance coverage)

• Covid-19 Vaccine - Ages 12+ (pending insurance coverage)

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS). ​​

Please be sure to complete the insurance section of the registration.
