MEMBER/STAFF VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with Merion Golf Club, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic. Details of the event are below:

Date: Tuesday, September 23th from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Where: 450 Ardmore Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 5-64

• High Dose Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+

• Moderna Covid -19 Vaccine - Ages 12+ 

  • Moderna Covid -19 Vaccine - Ages 12+ (FAQs)

  • Have a previous history of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine (in order to receive mNEXSPIKE) AND

  • Age 65 and older OR

  • Age 12–64 with at least one underlying medical condition that places you at higher risk for severe COVID-19 outcomes. Please see full list here​​

It must be a minimum of 3 months since your last covid vaccine.

Please pre-register and  be sure to complete the insurance section of registration.
