STAFF VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with Our Lady of Mercy, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Friday, September 29th from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Where: 29 Conwell Drive, Maple Glen, PA, 19002-GYM

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Regular Dose Vaccine - Ages 3-64

• Flu High Dose Vaccine - Ages 65+

• Covid-19 Vaccine - Ages 12+ (pending insurance coverage)

Pre-registration is highly recommended.  Please be sure to complete the insurance section of registration.​
