VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with Rep. Munroe, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccination clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Thursday, October 19th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Where: Ben Wilson Senior Activity Center - 580 Delmont Ave, Warminster, PA 18974

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Shots - Ages 3+ and (High Dose for ages 65+)

• COVID-19 Vaccine - Ages 12+

**Pre-registration is highly recommended.  Please be sure to complete the insurance section of the registration**
