SENATOR CAPPELLETTI SENIOR FAIR
VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with Senator Cappelletti's Senior Fair, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Thursday, September 28th from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Where: Haverford Area YMCA, 891 N Eagle Rd, Havertown, PA 19083

​

Vaccine Offered:​​​​

• Flu Vaccine (High Dose will be given for ages 65+)

• RSV Vaccine (Ages 60+) ​**Recommendation is to receive the RSV Vaccine by itself**

• Covid Vaccine (pending approval from the FDA/CDC)

Pre-registration is highly recommended, but REQUIRED to receive the RSV Vaccine​

​

The insurance section of registration is not required for flu/covid, but completion is highly encouraged.  Although, it is REQUIRED for RSV.

Registration will close on September 25th at 9am
