VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with St. Peter's, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic for ages 3+.  Details of the event are below:

 

*Registration will be live on Friday October 6th*

Date: Saturday, October 21st from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Where: 654 N Easton Rd, Glenside, PA 19038

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​​

  • Flu Shots - Ages 3+ (High Dose for ages 65+)

  • Covid-19 Vaccine (pending availability and insurance coverage)

Pre-registration is highly recommended.

  • IF THIS IS FOR A MINOR, PLEASE REGISTER USING YOUR CHILD'S NAME, DOB, AND ALL OTHER INFORMATION!

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS).

​

The insurance section of registration is not required but completion is highly encouraged.

​

Registration will close on October 18th.
