In conjunction with the The Hill, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a flu vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Shots - Ages 3+ (High Dose for ages 65+)

Pre-registration is required.  Please be sure to complete the insurance section of registration.​

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS). ​​
