In conjunction with TIFF Advisory Services,  Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide the Pfizer COVID-19 Variant Booster and Flu Shots for ages 12+.  Details of the event are below:

The vaccine schedule is as follows:​​

• Wed, November 16th from 2:00PM - 3:00PM​

Where: TIFF Advisory Services - 170 N Radnor Chester Rd #300, Wayne, PA 19087

 

Vaccine Offered:​​

• Pfizer COVID-19 Variant Booster​

  • Ages 12+

  • Anyone who completed their primary series (Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J) can get a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Bivalent Booster. 

  • Must be a minimum of 2 months from the completion of a primary series or last booster dose​​

• Flu Shots 

  • Ages 12+

  • Ages 65+ - High Dose

Pre-registration and insurance information is required.

​

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS).
