PFIZER VARIANT BOOSTER
 

In conjunction with Upper Dublin School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide the Pfizer COVID-19 Variant Booster for ages 5+ and Flu Shots for ages 3+.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Thursday, November 17th from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Where: Upper Dublin High School, Cafeteria - 800 Loch Alsh Ave, Fort Washington, PA 19034

Vaccine Offered:​​

• Pfizer COVID-19 Variant Booster​

  • Ages 5-11 and 12+

  • Anyone who completed their primary series (Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J) can get a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Bivalent Booster. 

  • Must be 5+ years of age, and

  • Must be a minimum of 2 months from the completion of a primary series or last booster dose.

Pre-registration and insurance information is highly recommended.

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS).
