In conjunction with Cheltenham School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Wednesday, October 4th from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Where: Elkins Park School Auditorium , 8149 New School Street, Elkins Park, PA, 19027

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Vaccine - Ages 3+

• Flu Vaccine  - High Dose Ages 65+

​

Pre-registration is highly recommended.

Please be sure to complete the insurance section of the registration.
