***Appointment booking for the new Covid-19 Vaccine is now available for those 12 and up. We received the SpikeVax (Moderna) and will be starting to administer on Monday, September 18th at 10 AM. We will always do our best to bill your insurance, but it is completely out of our control whether they choose to cover any of these vaccines. Click the link above to book your vaccine!***

 

Appointments are preferred. We can not guarantee walk-in appointments for the Moderna Vaccine this week.

it is fully covered.**

Booking is preferred however we do accept walk-ins for ages 12+ years old during our clinic hours at the Vaccine Shoppe, not the pharmacy.

  • Saturday: 9:30am - 12:30pm
     
   Ages 3-11:​

***The bivalent Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines are no longer authorized for use in the United States***

Online Booking FAQs:

  • Access Code - this is only to verify you are a real live person. It does not guarantee an appointment, it's just a way to enter the system.  Please do not email us your Access Code! 
  • When entering telephone numbers (yours or your doctor’s) do not enter ANY characters besides the numbers.  Do not enter dashes or parenthesis. 
  • If scheduling an appointment for your child, please remember to use the child's name and date of birth!
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, your Confirmation email has links for you to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment.  

What to bring to your appointment or when you walk in:

  • Photo ID (or parent/guardian ID if you are bringing your child)
  • Medical/Medicare insurance card
  • Rx insurance card
