In conjunction with Cheltenham SD, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.

Details of the event are below:

Date: Monday, October 12th from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Where: Cedar Brook Middle School-300 Longfellow Rd, Wyncote, PA 19095

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Vaccine - Ages 5-64 

• Flu HD Vaccine - Ages 65+

• Moderna Covid Vaccine - Ages 12+​​​​

​

It must be a minimum of 3 months since your last covid vaccine.  

​

Please be sure to pre-register and complete the insurance section of the registration

​
