In conjunction with Cheltenham SD, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.

Details of the event are below:

Date: Friday, September 12th from 1:00PM - 3:00 PM

Where: Cedar Brook Middle School-300 Longfellow Rd, Wyncote, PA 19095

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Vaccine - Ages 5-64 

• High Dose Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+

• Moderna Covid Vaccine - Ages 12+

  • Moderna Covid -19 Vaccine - Ages 12+ (FAQs)

  • Have a previous history of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine (in order to receive mNEXSPIKE) AND

  • Age 65 and older OR

  • Age 12–64 with at least one underlying medical condition that places you at higher risk for severe COVID-19 outcomes. Please see full list here​

It must be a minimum of 3 months since your last covid vaccine.

Please be sure to pre-register and complete the insurance section of the registration
