In conjunction with Cheltenham School District,  Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Tuesday, September 29th from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Where: Cedarbrook Middle School Auditorium - 300 Longfellow Rd, Wyncote, PA 19095

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Vaccine - Ages 3-64

• Flu HD Vaccine - Ages 65+ 

• SpikeVax by Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine - Ages 3-11

           FOR ALL COVID VACCINES: I understand the benefits of vaccination and possible side effects.

           I agree to receive the vaccine as part of a shared decision with my healthcare provider(pharmacist)

• mNEXSPIKE by Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine - Ages - 12+
