STAFF FLU VACCINE CLINIC

In conjunction with the KCC Communities, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a flu vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Thursday, September 18th, 2025

Time/Location: ( you may sign up for either location)

• 10am-12pm Crosslands/Cartmel (residents/staff)

• 1pm-3pm Kendal @ Longwood/Coniston (residents/staff)               

• 3pm-4pm Kendal @ Longwood (staff)

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Shots 

        (anyone 65+ years of age will receive the High Dose Flu Shot)​

​

Pre-registration is HIGHLY recommended.​

​

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS). ​​

Please be sure to fill out the insurance section and/or upload a copy of your card.  If you do not have insurance, please select that option in the drop down.
