VACCINE CLINIC-TRANSPORTATION DEPT ONLY

In conjunction with Lower Merion School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Friday, October 20th from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Where: Lower Merion High School Gym - 315 E. Montgomery Ave, Ardmore, PA, 19003

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

  • ​Influenza (Flu Vaccine) - Ages 5+ 

  • Influenza (Flu Vaccine) - Ages 65+ (High Dose)

  • COVID-19 Seasonal Vaccine - INSURANCE CARD REQUIRED (Pending Coverage/Availability)

    • Moderna (SpikeVax) Vaccine Ages 12+ (must be a min. of 2 months from previous dose)

    • Moderna Vaccine for Ages 5-11​(must be a min. of 2 months from previous dose)​

  • ​​Currently, only limited supply of this vaccine is available. And the uninsured/underinsured program is not up and running. We are not able to provide any doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine to those without insurance and you could be subject to a copay or cost sharing. The vaccine cost $130 per dose

Pre-registration is highly recommended.  Be sure to complete the insurance section of registration.​
