VACCINE CLINIC

In conjunction with The Miquon School, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Friday, December 13th from 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Where: Miquon School - 2025 Harts Ln, Conshohocken, PA 19428

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Influenza (Flu Vaccine) - Ages 3+ 

• Influenza (High Dose Flu Vaccine) - Ages 65+ 

• Moderna Vaccine for Ages 5-11(must be a min. of 2 months from previous dose)

• Moderna (Spikevax) Vaccine Ages 12+ (must be a min. of 2 months from previous dose)

Pre-registration is required.  Be sure to complete the insurance section of registration.
