In conjunction with Montgomery County Board of Commissioners, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.

Where: Montgomery Township Building-1001 Stump Rd, Montgomeryville, PA 18936

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Vaccine - Ages 5-64 

• High Dose Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+

• SpikeVax by Moderna Covid Vaccine - Ages 12+

Please be sure to pre-register and complete the insurance section of the registration!
