In conjunction with the North Hills Collective, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Saturday, October 25th from 10 AM-12 PM

Location: North Hills Community Center - 212 Girard Avenue, Glenside, PA 19038.

Vaccine Offered:​​​​

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 3-64

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+ (High Dose)​​

• mNEXSPIKE by Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine - Ages - 12+​

FOR ALL COVID VACCINES:

I understand the benefits of vaccination and possible side effects. I agree to receive the vaccine as part of a shared decision with my healthcare provider (pharmacist).
