VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with PALM, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Friday, December 15th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Where: PALM Center for Positive Aging, 117 Ardmore Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003

Vaccine Offered:​​​​

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 3+

• High Dose Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+

• Moderna SpikeVax 23-24 COVID Vaccine - Ages 12+

• Shingrix (Shingles) Vaccine - Ages 50+ 

  • Shingrix is a two dose vaccine (second dose 2-6 months after first dose) and approved for anyone 50 and up.​

• Arexvy (RSV) Vaccine - Ages 60+ ​

  • Arexvy is a one dose vaccine approved under shared clinical decision making for anyone 60 and up. ​

**We recommend getting Shingles or RSV Vaccines on their own.**

Pre-registration and insurance information is REQUIRED for Shingles and RSV and highly recommended for the other vaccines.​

​

Registration will close on Wednesday, December 13th at 1 PM.  Please book your appointment by then to be guaranteed a vaccine!
