SENIOR FAIR VACCINE CLINIC

In conjunction with Rep. Hanbidge's Senior Fair, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Thursday, September 25th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Where: Lansdale Area YMCA

             608 E Main St, Lansdale, PA, 19446

​

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 5-64

• High Dose Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+

• Moderna Covid -19 Vaccine - Ages 12+ (FAQs) 

  • Have a previous history of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine (in order to receive mNEXSPIKE) AND

  • Age 65 and older OR

  • Age 12–64 with at least one underlying medical condition that places you at higher risk for severe COVID-19 outcomes. Please see full list here​​

• Pneumonia - Ages 50+

• RSV- Ages 50+

• Shingles - Ages 50+ ​​

​

Preregistration for flu and covid vaccines is highly recommended, but can accommodate some walk-ins.

Be sure to complete the insurance section of registration.​

 

Pre-registration for Shingles, Pneumonia and RSV is a must. We cannot take walk-ins for these vaccines.
