In conjunction with Rep Munroe Senior Expo, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

             1100 Folly Rd, Warrington, PA, 18976

Vaccine Offered:​​​​

• Flu Vaccine - Ages under 65

• Flu Vaccine HD - Ages 65+​​

• NEXSPIKE by Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine - Ages 12+​

FOR ALL COVID VACCINES:

I understand the benefits of vaccination and possible side effects. I agree to receive the vaccine as part of a shared decision with my healthcare provider (pharmacist).

Must be a minimum of 3 months since your last covid vaccine​​​

• RSV Vaccine - Ages  50+
