Where: Rydal Park Auditorium, 1515 The Fairway, Jenkintown, PA 19046

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 5-64

• High Dose Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+

• SpikeVax by Moderna Covid -19 Vaccine - Ages 12+

Please be sure to pre-register and complete the insurance section of registration.​​

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS).
