In conjunction with the Rydal Park & Waters, Eric's RX Shoppe is proud to provide a vaccine clinic for residents and staff.

Details of the event are below:

Date: Monday, April 13th from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Where: Rydal Park Auditorium, 1515 The Fairway, Jenkintown, PA 19046

Vaccine Offered:​​​​​​​

• mNEXSPIKE by Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine ​

  • Must be a 65+ years of age and a minimum of 6 months from your last covid vaccine,  OR

  • Immunocompromised and minimum of 2 months since your last covid vaccine

​FOR ALL COVID VACCINES:

I understand the benefits of vaccination and possible side effects. I agree to receive the vaccine as part of a shared decision with my healthcare provider (pharmacist).
