SENATOR CAPPELLETTI'S SENIOR FAIR
VACCINATION CLINIC 

In conjunction with Senator Cappelletti's Senior Fair, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Thursday, October 9th from 12:00PM - 2:00 PM

Where: Haverford Area YMCA

             891 N Eagle Rd, Havertown, PA 19083

​

Vaccine Offered:

• Flu Vaccine - Under 65 years of age​​​​

• High Dose Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+

• Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine

• RSV Vaccine- Ages 50+

​

Vaccines can be co-administered, but recommend limiting to 2 vaccines of choice.​​

​

Please be sure to pre-register and complete the insurance section of registration.  Insurance verification and coverage is required for the RSV vaccine.
