SENATOR CAPPELLETTI'S
COMMUNITY VACCINE CLINIC

In conjunction with Senator Cappelletti and the Haverford YMCA, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a community vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Thursday, March 27th from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Where: Haverford Area YMCA

             891 N Eagle Rd, Havertown, PA 19083

​

Vaccine Offered:

• Flu Vaccine - regular dose​​​​

• Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine (2024/2025)

  • must be 65+ years of age with a minimum of 6 months from your last covid vaccine​

• RSV Vaccine- Ages 60+

• ​Pneumonia Vaccine - 50+

Vaccines can be co-administered, but recommend limiting to 2 vaccines of choice.​​

Please be sure to pre-register and complete the insurance section of registration.  Insurance verification and coverage is required for the RSV vaccine.
