In conjunction with Sunrise in Dresher, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic. Details of the event are below:

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Vaccines - Ages 5-64

• High Dose Flu Vaccines - Ages 65+

• SpikeVax by Moderna Covid Vaccine - Ages 12+

Please pre-register and be sure to fill out the insurance section of registration.  Uploading your insurance card helps in the verification process.​

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS). ​​
