FLU AND COVID VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with TIFF Advisory Services, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Wednesday, September 17th from 2:00pm-3:00pm​

Where: 170 N Radnor Chester Rd #300, Wayne, PA, 19087

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Vaccine - under 64 years of Age

• Flu High Dose Vaccine - Ages 65+

• Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine - Ages 12+

  • Moderna Covid -19 Vaccine - Ages 12+ (FAQs)

  • Have a previous history of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine (in order to receive mNEXSPIKE) AND

  • Age 65 and older OR

  • Age 12–64 with at least one underlying medical condition that places you at higher risk for severe COVID-19 outcomes. Please see full list here

It must be a minimum of 3 months since your last covid vaccine.  ​

Please pre-register and be sure to fill out the insurance section of registration.
