In conjunction with the Upper Dublin PD/Township, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Friday, October 17th from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM

Location: 370 Commerce Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034-Kitchen

Vaccine Offered:​​​​

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 3-64

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+ (High Dose)​​

• mNEXSPIKE by Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine - Ages - 12+​

FOR ALL COVID VACCINES:
I understand the benefits of vaccination and possible side effects. I agree to receive the vaccine as part of a shared decision with my healthcare provider (pharmacist).
