In conjunction with the White Horse Village, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

• Thursday, 10/23 from 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM

• Saturday, 10/25 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

• Tuesday, 10/28 from 10:00 AM -2:30 PM

Vaccine Offered:​​​​

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 3-64

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+ (High Dose)​​

• mNEXSPIKE by Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine - Ages - 12+​

FOR ALL COVID VACCINES:
I understand the benefits of vaccination and possible side effects. I agree to receive the vaccine as part of a shared decision with my healthcare provider (pharmacist).
