In conjunction with the White Horse Village, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Dates:

• Wednesday, 9/30 from 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM

• Saturday, 10/10 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

• Thursday, 10/22 from 10:00 AM -12:00 PM

Location: White Horse Village - Auditorium, 535 Gradyville Rd, Newtown Square, PA 19073

Vaccine Offered:​​​​

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 3+

• Flu Vaccine HD - Ages 65+​​

• mNEXSPIKE by Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine - Ages 12+​

FOR ALL COVID VACCINES:
I understand the benefits of vaccination and possible side effects. I agree to receive the vaccine as part of a shared decision with my healthcare provider (pharmacist).
