03/29/2020 - 11:55 PM - We will continue to be open with Curbside Pickup + House Delivery only during our normal business hours. We had some temporary technological issues over the weekend and are in the process of confirming everything has been fixed. We apologize for this inconvenience. Tuesday 03/24/2020 -5:00 AM - Effective Wednesday, March 25th, Eric’s RX Shoppe will remain open during regular business hours (M-F 9am-7pm, Sat-9am-1pm) but for the health and safety of all our customers and staff, we will fill all prescriptions behind a locked door, run credit cards in advance of pickup then bring prescriptions and/or OTC’s to your car at curbside. In those circumstances where you cannot come out to pick up your prescriptions, we will offer free home delivery.
This was certainly not an easy decision, however to be able to continue to remain healthy ourselves, serve our customers while keeping them safe and healthy, and most importantly, commit to doing everything in our power to support our assisted living communities and those who are most susceptible to the virus, we felt that this was the safest way to stay open and provide a vital service. We thank you for working together to mitigate the virus. Our new store process is listed below.
Please have your doctor continue sending prescriptions electronically. You should also call the store at 215-646-4800 to give us a heads up and provide your credit card number in advance of pickup.
In cases where the doctor hand writes a prescription, you must call the store in advance at 215-646-4800 to make arrangements to get us the prescription.
Customers may also purchase items or OTC’s we carry in the store by calling in your order in advance and providing a credit card. An employee will gather your items and bring them to your car or deliver when necessary. You will not be required to sign a receipt.
For all prescriptions or OTC orders, you will be asked to provide a credit card at the time you call in the order and prior to curbside pickup or delivery. There will be no cash exchanges.
Please see the specific curbside and delivery instructions that follow and note that the staff may not bring anything back into the store (cash, notes, returns, etc.).
For Curbside Pickup:
Please pull into the parking lot and park directly in front of the store. When you arrive, please remain in the car and call the store phone at 215-646-4800. An employee will gather all your information (name, car make/model/color) and prepare it to be brought to your car. Please do not get out of the car. We ask to roll down a window or pop open the trunk. An employee will come outside with your bag and receipt; and drop everything off through a window or in your trunk. We do need to ask you to be patient during this time. If you have any questions or concerns before, during, or after the pickup, please call us at 215-646-4800 as our employees will not be able to assist you during the pickup process. Our employees will be wearing protective gear when delivering your medication/items.
For those who cannot drive out to the store, please call 215-646-4800 and ask for your medication to be delivered. You do not need to sign for your prescriptions. Please provide a credit card for us to charge prior to going out for delivery. All deliveries go out after 2 pm and we ask for your patience in dealing with the volume of delivery requests. Our delivery driver will drop off your medication in your mailbox or at your door, and you do not need to be there to sign for it.
Again, we are only doing this out of an abundance of caution for our patients, our employees and store. We will do our best to provide the ERIC’S RX service you are accustomed to and appreciate everyone’s patience during this pandemic.

03/23/2020 -5:00 PM - We will continue to be open during our normal business hours. We enoucrage patients to use either curb side delivery or in-home delivery, both at no charge.
We did receive some 3M N95 Masks. They are indiviudally wrapped and a limit of 4 per person/per day.

03/21/2020 - 11:00 AM - We will continue to be open during our normal business hours. We currently do NOT have N95 Masks, Thermometers or Hand Sanitizers but are working on getting more. We have donated a good amount of protective equipment to local hospitals/charities. We hope everyone stays safe and please call or email us with any questions. We will continue to update this site with any new information.
03/18/2020 - 5:00 PM - We will continue to be open during our normal business hours. Our goal is to stay open and that means keeping our staff healthy; and the store cleaned and sanitized as much possible. We ask for your patience during this time, as we are doing everything we can to serve the community and our customers to best of our ability while remaining vigilant and safe.
We do offer delivery service and curb-side pickup. Please make sure to call the pharmacy and take care of anything transcriptional prior to delivery and/or curbside pickup (OTC items, payment, any other requests). We ask if you are having any symptoms of COVID-19 (Corona Virus) and need your medication, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER STORE!. We will be happy to deliver to your home or bring it to your car.
We do have N95 masks in stock and are working on getting more cleaning/disinfecting supplies.
