VACCINE CLINIC 

In conjunction with Abington School District, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Saturday, October 11th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Where: Abington Senior High School, Cafeteria A- 900 Highland Ave, Abington, PA, 19001

             Park across from Schwarzman Stadium, and enter directly into Cafeteria A.

 

Vaccine Offered:​​​​

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 3-64

• Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+ (High Dose)

• SpikeVax by Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine - Ages 3-11​​

• mNEXSPIKE by Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine - Ages - 12+​

FOR ALL COVID VACCINES:
I understand the benefits of vaccination and possible side effects. I agree to receive the vaccine as part of a shared decision with my healthcare provider (pharmacist).

Please pre-register and be sure to complete the insurance section of the registration. Uploading your insurance card will make it easier to verify coverage.
