In conjunction with the The Hill at Whitemarsh, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.  Details of the event are below:

Date: Friday, October 4th from 10am-1pm

and​

Friday, October 18th from 1pm - 4pm

Location: 4000 Fox Hound Dr, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444

Vaccine Offered:​​​

• ​Flu Vaccine - Ages 5-64 

• High Dose Flu Vaccine - Ages 65+

• SpikeVax by Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine - Ages 12+

Pre-registration is required.  Please be sure to complete the insurance section of registration.​

​

If you are under 18, you must have either a parent/guardian present or have the proper consent form(s) printed and signed (NO EXCEPTIONS). ​​
